By creating a wallet and using the TGenesis platform, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Wallet Security & Sole Responsibility

🔐 Credentials Are Your Responsibility: Upon creation, you will be shown a private key and a 12-word recovery phrase ("Credentials"). These will be shown only once. It is your sole responsibility to store these Credentials in a secure offline location. Do not store them digitally.

🚫 No Central Recovery: TGenesis is a decentralized platform. We do not store your Credentials in any database. We have no way to access your wallet, recover your funds, or reset your password if your Credentials are lost or stolen. You are the sole custodian of your funds, and any loss of Credentials will result in the permanent, irreversible loss of your assets.

2. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

📉 Inherent Investment Risks: You acknowledge that cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile and carry high financial risk. The value of TGNS can rise or fall drastically. You declare that you are investing funds you can afford to lose entirely.

📌 No Guarantees: TGenesis, its founders, and its team provide no guarantees of profit, returns, or success. Any statements, past performance, or future projections are not financial advice. All investments are made at your own risk.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability: You agree to hold TGenesis harmless from any and all losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from:

• Market volatility and economic fluctuations.
• Software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors.
• External hacking attempts, cyber-attacks, or other malicious activities.
• Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or regulatory changes.

3. Launch Period & Trading Restrictions

🚀 Launch Period Rules: You understand that the TGenesis platform is currently in its Launch Period, which continues until the token is officially listed on public exchanges. During this critical period, specific rules are in place to ensure market stability and project integrity.

🛑 Prohibited Actions: You agree not to sell or transfer TGNS coins that were acquired as gifts, airdrops, or rewards during this Launch Period. Investors who purchase TGNS agree that for a period determined by the TGenesis team, they may only transfer their *mining productions* to exchanges, not their principal investment.

🤖 AI-Powered Enforcement & Account Termination: You acknowledge and agree that any actions deemed harmful to the ecosystem—such as attempting to manipulate the market, violating the trading restrictions outlined above, or engaging in other forms of abuse—will be detected by our integrated AI security system. Violating these terms will result in the permanent, irreversible termination of your account. In such cases, the initial USDT investment amount may be refunded at the discretion of the team, but all TGNS assets and future access will be forfeited.

4. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

⚖️ Your Legal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to, taxation of crypto assets, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements.
